The war in Ukraine, tension in other areas around the world, the dramatic increase in the cost of energy, inflation and many other challenges have caused a rough landing to the excitement with which people were expecting the year.
Still, there is always something to cheer about and for this year the greatest example has been the taming of the pandemic. The virus might still be with us but no one can deny that we have learned to live with it and respond whenever necessary.
Last year we have praised the great virtues demonstrated by people all over the world in overcoming all hurdles. We need to keep demonstrating those qualities but we also need to express an attribute which has long been driven under extinction…humanity.
Whether it relates to guarding ourselves from viruses, avoiding war or any other conflict, treatment of refugees, protection of the environment, or any other aspect of our lives, we should not forget that we are all human beings and we all have an equal right of living in this planet.
As we are approaching the festive season we would like to inform everyone that our office will remain closed for holidays on 26, 27 and 30 December 2022 as well as on 2 January 2023.
This will be a well-deserved break for our team, whom we take the opportunity to sincerely thank for their tireless efforts and devotion.
We would like to wish a Merry Christmas and a Healthier, Safer, Brighter New Year to everyone!
