Following the acquisition of the entire share capital of Fiducenter (Cyprus) Ltd by the directors (and already shareholders) of the company, and in order to indeed explore the full potential of the new status quo, we decided that it is best to rename and rebrand the company to Seamark Consultants Ltd. The new name as well as the new logo of the company have been carefully selected in order to indicate both namely and diagrammatically what our mission is in this new era of international business, which is full of unprecedented developments and challenges: to be the guiding mark for a safe international business journey!
Fiducenter (Cyprus) Ltd – now Seamark Consultants Ltd, was established in 2004 and has been one of the very first companies in Cyprus licensed for the provision of Administrative Services. It was also a founding member and served as the first president of the Cyprus Fiduciary Association.
We provide a comprehensive range of international business services related to Cyprus, including setting up and operating a business in Cyprus, becoming a resident, citizen or tax resident of the country, family office, accounting and tax compliance, corporate and secretarial, trustee, payroll, professional consultation and much more.
All contact details of the Cyprus office will remain the same, except for what concerns email. The general email address will be seamark@seamark.com.cy and all personal, department and other group email addresses will follow the same pattern, i.e. name.surname@seamark.com.cy, department@seamark.com.cy. The existing email addresses will remain active for some time in order to ensure the smoothest possible transition period.
Everything else will remain the same, including the team, the services we offer, but most importantly in terms of ethos and culture of our company and the quality of service and timely response we have been providing over the years. We have prepared a new video on the occasion of the change of corporate identity, which can be found on our website and on our YouTube channel.
