On 13 February 2025 the Cyprus Tax Department announced that no penalties will be imposed for late submission of the Corporation Tax Return for 2022 as well as of the Income Tax Return for the same year, for individuals with an obligation to prepare audited financial statements, if submitted by 31 May 2025.
For submissions after 31 May 2025, a fixed penalty of €100 will apply.
