The Cyprus Registrar of Companies announced on 8 July 2021 that the deadline for payment of the Annual Levy for 2021 has been extended from 30 June 2021 to 31 December 2021. Settlement after the extended deadline will be subject to the standard penalties.
The extension is considered effective retrospectively since 30 June 2021.
