Further to our previous newsfeed on this, on 21 December 2021 the Cyprus Registrar of Companies announced that the deadline for payment of the Annual Levy for 2021 is further extended from 31 December 2021 to 31 March 2022. Settlement after the extended deadline will be subject to the standard penalties.
